Let me know when you are doing the NM pipe as well. That's on my Spring purchase list and it would be great to see how it comes apart. Plus you could use the help....just saying.

 

Eh. I got this. Lol. I heard the charge pipe can be a bit of a pain to get to on the back side. We will see. The discharge pipe wasn't too bad. Biggest pain was getting the pieces to fit just right to clear everything. I am to blame for that. I did not use WD-40 on the silicone like NM recommended. I did on the top and it was a huge help moving the elbow on the hard pipe. I should've pulled the bottom and sprayed it down but...

I can't wait. I am going to do the strut bar and drop the air filter in tomorrow. The NM tube won't be in until Thursday. argh... Maybe i'll do the grill trim too.

 

i'm not a fan of alta. if anything i'd look into the WMW diverter valve. your only concern would be whether or not it would be beneficial to you with the JCW tune. I put one in my car (WMW) and i love it. check out Ways and shoot him an email for more info. Plus it's only 60 bucks i think.

 

The Turbo is the same as the S. JCW turbo didnt change until '10 if I am correct.

 

I wish I knew what Stage my JCW was. Would it be on the Cert. paperwork?

 

This valve is not meant for Factory JCW stage 2 Cars, due to the different turbo no gains will be seen using this valve. We recommend the Forgve BOV for the JCW car.

I know I read that. Just not sure if they changed the Turbo as well. I know the ECU/ Exhaust stuff like that was done, but I don't want to assume either way.

 

Just bite the bullet. If you don't notice a difference I'm sure you could pawn it off on someone here. Heck. I might even buy it for the wife's car.

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself...my name is Steve. I know this is pretty early but my wife and I are making the move back to New Hampshire from Florida in May. We have put our plan together and have put it in motion. We will be in Londonderry to start out with until we find something.
