True, But the shop is running the risk of losing their state inspection license. I've known a few shops that will turn a blind eye and just slap a sticker on a vehicle.

I have my state inspectors license and to be honest its all about how the laws are interpreted and enforced. When I did a sticker, I was WAY more concerned about safety items ie; brakes, wipers, defroster, suspension wear, and tires. Never cared that much about how far the wheels stuck out, or if it had aftermarket exhaust. My best idea: Have the state of NH come up with a modified plate. You want to modify the hell out of you car? Cool- pay $150 extra to be in a different class, limit your milage, and call it a day. Just like Antique plates. NH would make so much more money from that instead of the random 'tickets' and citations they pass out. REVOLUTION! Who's with me?

Oh yearly state inspections... Just another Live Free and Give Us Your Money situation...

They have to make up for income tax and sales tax through something other than property tax, I guess. LOL

I was curious to see what the Alrapovic delete installed and it installs in line with the OBD port.

An interesting idea for sure, Austen.

Also - happy to be back in the Granite State.

I also like the bottom-right logo the most, Dan. Not sure I'm diggin where the font sits, but yeah. Have you seen the Detroit Tuned logo? Mix ours with theirs, and I think we're in bidnez.

It would be nice if you didn't want to pay for software / a tuner, but to be honest, if you have a catless DP, you should probably spend the money on the tune.

And in a state that could make sure your car stays in the garage if they don't see a cat, it's probably not worth the trouble...

The car would run alot smoother with a tune when a catless dp is used. It would hunt for rpms at idle, have rough idle cross the power band, and ran to rich without it. I won't be surprised if I have to replace the O2 sensors soon.

So no thoughts on Way's turbo manifold?

I am planning on an intercooler upgrade hopefully sometime this year. Once that step is taken I will be looking at tuning options. I don't see doing a downpipe without a tune.

Just had a little hesitation from the car. Taking off from a slowed sort of stop in first and got a bit of chug a lug. Hmmmm. Could this be a combo of hot and cold side boost tubes? Hmmmmm. Too much flow? Was it me just being choppy on the peddle? Lol.

Damn forgot that NH has inspection. I guess I will have to get the doctor prescription for window tint...lol...or I will be driving in for inspection with the windows down. LOL! Actually my parents were just down here in Nov and my dad had me take him to the guy who tints my windows and had his Cadillac XRS tinted. They got the license from the state to have them tinted.

I will take state inspection any day over being down here...there are cars that should not even be on the road what so ever...It's bad.

30% front windows/ 8"windshield strip, 15% rear. This is the first car I have ever owned that I haven't had any issues with police for the tint. I was expecting, due to past experiences, that I would last maybe 2 weeks before I was on the side of the road peeling the tint. So weird. NH has become way more strict as far as "eyesight sensitivity". I say just rock the tint, then play stupid if you get nabbed.

I agree. I have had mine for the last 2 years. 35 front and 15 rears. I've been pulled over a few times but never had any issues with the tint.

My 03 Altima had 30% tint and it took NH 5 years to finally nail me for illegal tint.

The state felt bad you were driving an Altima and let you get away with it for 5 years

It wasn't a bad car. Comfortable, quick, would give 330s a run for their money.

Right now I am sporting 15% all the way around and on a Black on black, it looks a lot darker. On my wifes Silver Passat, we put the same 15% all the way around and it's like night and day between the 2 cars. compared to the Mini, it looks like she doesn't have anything on it. LOL! Oh well I can play dumb with the best of them!

The Altima was pewter with black interior so it looked alot darker than it was.
