Mini of Peabody, MA is proposing to build a new MINI Dealership in Manchester, NH.

I first heard about this from the Finance Director at Mini of Peabody. She was the first to tell me about this proposed plan. She stated that it would be ready for February of 2011. There is even articles on the Web about this proposed plan.

This would be the First MINI Dealership in New Hampshire and the First one above the state of Massachusetts.

I've always wondered why there are so many MINI Coopers on the road but not many MINI Dealerships.....

Just thought I would share this and if this plan doesn't happen, well, don't kill the messenger

 

From my sources, it's pretty much a "done deal".

I think that it is going to be in Bedford - When I was down at MoP a couple of months ago they had told me where the location was slated to be but I don't recall.

I think its supposed to come online Q2 2011. I am excited for it - save me the hassle of heading to MoP for service and whatnot.

 

Has anyone heard anything more about Mini of Peabody opening in Bedford? Last time I talked to them, they said May 2011 but I haven't heard a peep since.

It's in Bedford, nh. If you look up MINI of Peabody on facebook they have pics up of the new place. Cliff, my MA, told me he lives in NH and stops by there on his days off to snap pics. supposedly they're set for a July opening. So glad I won't have to go Peabody for service! Both Peabody and Bedford are owned by Lyon-Waugh.

He CONFIRMED that NEW Mini Dealership is opening in Bedford, NH this July or August, !!! Jeff will continue Service at NEW MINI DLRSHP in BEDFORD!!!

I think we're looking at August/September at this point, at least from what it looked like when I drove by a couple of days ago. Mini of Peabody seemed pretty sure that July 15th was a done deal for the opening date, though, so who knows.
