Here's the method to my madness: We do this in March, as to not conflict, and let everyone rest that is going on the Tour Du Nord run.

Perhaps Hovik can bring along his buds with the Lambhos again..

For anyone who doesn't know, there's a Dinosaur BBQ in Rochester and Syracuse New York. They are typically "biker" style, but the one in New York is FAR FROM that style.

The food has some of the best (if not THE best) barbecue in the area. The hospitality of the wait staff is exceptional too. I figure, since they open at noon, perhaps we can all meet at MINI of Manhattan once again at about 11 to 11:30pm and head over to Dinosaur BBQ, or we could just meet at Dinosaur BBQ, with enough time to get parking (there is SOME parking, but who knows, we might be able to take all the spots on the cross street (W 131)?

Thoughts?

Also, for anyone who has not yet experienced the Fairway Store across the street, it is something to experience. I compare it to a very European store, and it has a lot of specialty items not found in other stores. I know you must be thinking, "what's so special about a grocery store??" Well, you just have to experience it to understand.

 

RATS!! I saw this and was hoping it was in Rochester NY....oh well =P

 

You can always come down to NYC and join us in a delectable fare!!

So I know it's just the start of February - what are people thinking as to the date of this venue?

I will be unable to attend this event, something has come up - we can postpone it or keep it as is - there is a reservation with DINOSAUR BBQ for that day. I apologise for this, but things happen.. If you are willing, we can postpone this event till later in March..

We could postpone this, Miniatic... right now there has been no date set. Hopefully through people who might want to join up in the NYC area we could set a date to do so? Thoughts? ...nope, sorry Bill, not in Syracuse... would like to find out how good the one in Syracuse is, though.. the one in NYC is awesome..

I'm in NYC all the time now - and it wouldn't hurt to bring the MINI in on a weekend..

How about the Hudson Valley crew? Hafta get up there one of these days...

 

Just waiting on the weather to change to plan some new events. On the last run I almost went off a 20 ft cliff . Suspension is fixed now so hopefully pushing through turns is a thing of the past.
