Would be myself and wife on board. What frequency on your radio/walkie is ch. 7?? Many FRS/GMRS radios work on different ch. #s and frequencies. In other words, a motorola radio on ch 7, might be channel 14 on a Uniden radio. The freq's are ussually listed in the back of the manual. Or just post the model of radio and I'll look it up for ya.

So Fairway it is ! I plan to get my detailing done on Saturday uptown at 223rd and Broadway. I'll be at Fairway about 10:30ish on Sunday in my usual place (back of the lot) with a LARGE COFFEE in hand. Guys, I can't wait!!!!!! Want to meet you all and GET THIS MININY PARTY STARTED!!!!!

 

HAVE NO FEAR! "NYCers" are meeting up beforehand. We have to roll strang in groups . I think 10:30 or so sounds like a good time. That gives everyone time to get there if people are running a little late, do some shopping, use the restrooms, get some APPLE CHIPS!!!OMG etc... Then we can plan on getting to the Pallisades around 11:30 (I like being early). I'm going to be in the city much earlier though getting the car detailed if anyone wants to meet up for that. You have to have a clean whip

Plus if you need any assistance creating club membership cards (not the cheap paper stuff but high quality plastic or metal)...I can get those done..possibly free..limited quantity though. PM me for more INFO.

 

There are several groups meeting in different places (long island, CT, NJ, etc..) but the NYCers are meeting in the Fairway Parking lot off of the 125th street exit of the west side highway @ 10:30. OR 9:30 on 47th St. and 12th ave @ 9:30 is you wanna get you car detailed/washed...

And regarding the cards, something of that nature came up at the meeting I had with MINI of Manhattan tonight, so that could be a big help . I'll remain in contact with you about that. There are several things that I have to do before we get to that point, but I won't bore you with the details right now...

 

Sounds like a plan..I may meet you at the car wash at 9:30 am.
