Yeah, she is awesome, but Im drivng her crazy lol. I spoke with her today and she said they could do it, but they charge for labor. I ordered the car with stripes, but that is still done at the dealership and not the factory for sidewalks. Weird, but if you dont get the cabrio or sidewalk version, they install the stripes at the factory, but for the others its done at the dealer. At least thats what I think

Of course I know her! How fun was it buying an english car someone with a british accent?? 
Anyways... I can't see why it would be a problem. Did you order the car with stripes? The process would obviously be less involved if they didn't have to first remove the factory stripes.. I'll talk to one of the service advisers there and ask him about it and let you know..

Anyone else down for the run this weekend?? Obviously kinda short notice, but runs in the Hudson valley are always a good time If I'm not the only one, then we could meet up ahead of time and drive up there together..

local blood donation center at your convenience. The Breast Cancer
donations will come from the 50/50 raffle where all of the money from the
proceeds will go to support their cause.

Man I hope I have my mini by the time this event rolls around. My ship "The Patriot" comes in to port on Monday and my MA says I may be able to pick up the car on Friday! Thats a big if! If so, Ill definately go to the LI event with my new cabrio sidewalk in pepperwhite!

Which dealer have you bought your car from?
I plan to make it Saturday if the weather is nice. I'm going to bring my 4 year old. She's excited to see a bunch of mini coopers. Don't plan to autocross, though. 
It should be good father-daughter bonding time especially with her new baby brother getting all the attention. I guess 2 weeks old is too young to bring him autocrossing?

Speeding tickets? Wasn't that for loud exhaust? I'm surprised at how those guys really have been cracking down with those vicious looking cars that they have now.. new mayor, new cars, what more can one ask for

Heck, just drive west, skp over Neew Jersey, and join up with the Pittsburgh club (www.pittstopmini.org). We have some neat stuff going on, even a two day event later in October that may just be worth the drive.
