I'm using the ASWC-1 also with the CP-71W. The audio buttons function well. I'm not sure the phone ones are functional, but I haven't really had a chance to play with those yet.

The phone buttons aren't functional with the ASWC-1. I think they are on a different CAN bus or connect on different lines than the radio controls, so the ASWC-1 can't pick them up.

I can’t remember which module I used to add steering wheel controls to my aftermarket radio, but the phone buttons are functional with mine.

No, it looks like it was probably the same ASWC-1. I did buy the Crux SWRBM57K, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t end up using it.
