Does any premium solution exist for Android Auto refit? (F60)

I understand this has been done to death, but I find myself in possession of an F60 during a family car swap. The lack of Android Auto at the time of purchase didn't seem like such a big deal as I hadn't used it yet. I have and now it's an absolute must-have feature.

The array of Chinese and BMW-centric solutions is maddening, and new to the lineup I'm not really sure what, if anything I can do. Let's say for the sake of argument that price is no object- the goal is a premium, near-OEM experience. I have a 2018 Countryman with the 8.8" display and Nav. I think this qualifies and an NBT Evo (?) unit and I think it's ID6 but I don't know enough to be absolutely sure. I must retain full CarPlay compatibility and not fully convert the car. The other driver(s) will use CarPlay.

Requirements:
+Must retain all factory Infotainment and wireless CarPlay functionality
+Must function with the backup camera and ideally parking sensors (and not break backup camera/parking sensor functionality within the original interface)
+Must use steering wheel controls (at least volume and track controls)
+Must use the built-in microphone in the cabin (without breaking it for CarPlay, see a pattern here?)
+Must work with built-in HK stereo, decent audio quality

Strongest possible preference:
+Full touchscreen compatibility, using the included 8.8" display. I would very strongly prefer to not rely on the iDrive for the Android Auto interface. (I've used the Audi non-touchscreen equivalent to iDrive and it's clunky.) Again, can't break touchscreen function for CarPlay or general purpose infotainment/nav.

Flexible on:
+Wired is fine, I don't need or want wireless Android Auto. I'm OK if this means mounting a USB port in some hidden location, but using one of the stock USB ports is ideal.
+Would be nice to have integrations with HUD but as long as it doesn't break the HUD's primary functions, I'm OK with that.

Deal breaker:
+Anything that breaks or hinders the built-in wireless CarPlay functionality.

Is there *any* fully baked solution that you guys have found to work? I'm OK spending what needs to be spent vs. experimenting with poorly documented Ali-Express hardware.

Thanks in advance!

Nothing? Is there nothing that at least gets me close to my requirements (and works very reliably?)

One of the F series guys in the Discord server runs this. I do on my second gen as well. Should tick all your boxes, I think.
