2017 Clubman with Navigation XL. I used to push the voice command button, say "enter address," and then speak the address like "123 main street in town, state."

A couple months ago that stopped working. I get the prompt for the address entry, but then it acts like it doesn't hear me speaking. Except that it does hear me, because as soon as I start speaking over the voice prompt for the address format, the prompt stops speaking. But it always comes back with sorry, it didn't hear anything. It does the same thing if I wait for the voice prompt to finish speaking before I speak.

Every other voice command works just fine, every time.

I can still enter the address using the command **** or touchscreen, so there's a workaround. But I got used to speed of the voice input method and I miss it.

I'd try updating the software myself, but I can't find a working link to that anymore.

Anyone else heard of this happening, or know how to update the software (in the US)?

 

Same thing on my Visual boosted Clubman. A few weeks ago the voice input stopped working at all; I can hear the sound after pressing the button, but while speaking there's another sound and nothing happens .
Any idea?
