What's the story with that speaker? Is it part of the Harmon Kardon or is that in all of them?

Judging by the grills on the front speakers, I don't think that MINI has h/k, thinkin that may be a stock speaker.

That's the rear speaker location to accomodate a 6x9 in both standard and HK systems. :smile:

that is the stock 6x9 speaker location ... this is what my car looked like when I changed the speakers too ... gutted
