Nav screen question

I've got an 05 r50 with nav.

Just recently i've noticed that the nav screen sometimes seems to be less bright and it has a different tint, kinda greenish.... Sometimes the screen goes back to normal and sometimes it doesn't...

Just want to know if this has happened to anyone else??

I hope this doesn't mean that the screen is starting to die.....

What should/can i do to fix this?

Give it more than half an hour, and you may get a response.

I haven't heard of this particular issue before. First thing to check is the battery. When the battery starts to go, the Nav does funny things. If the battery is in good shape then yes, it's likely that your screen is on it's way out.

The battery was dying so i had it changed about 3 weeks ago. Brand new battery in there now.

Can the screen be replaced if it actually is dying??

Is it possible that the cold weather can be causing this?
I live in Montreal Canada and it's starting to get pretty cold up here.....
