HD Radio help

Greetings! Have a question about HD radio in my 2012 S. My regular car manual says to reference the separate manual for the HK system, but said manual didn't come with the pack of other booklets that were in the glove compartment.

The only radio station I listen to is The Ticket in Dallas. They broadcast on 1310 AM and 104.1 FM. They are also apparently on 99.5 "HD2". When I tune to 99.5, it locks in the FM, then immediately jumps to HD1. I'm assuming there is a way to force the radio to search for HD2, but nothing I've tried works, and like I said I have no radio manual.

Any ideas? Thanks!!

You will need to get this manual from the dealer. Tell them it is missing and you need it.

The 2008 manual is of not help i just looked at it and it does not say anything about how to change from HD1 to HD2.

Have you tried just pressing the HD button again to see if that changes it. when you press the FM button it will change from FM to FM 2.

Sweet, thanks for the replies. I went and tried it again, when you are on the FM station, hit the 'list' button and then you can rotate down to HD2.

On a somewhat related stereo question, I'm pretty sure there is a way to increase the AUX-IN volume, but that isn't too obvious either. I haven't even messed with my AUX yet, but thought I'd ask while I was here. I'll be sure to ask the dealer about the manual.

I'm a music nut, but I'm finding that the exhaust note is more fun to listen to! Thanks!

Heck yea, P1 all the way, baby!

I solved the aux-in volume question. The same button you use to select the "HD2" becomes the aux-in volume selector when aux is set as the current source. Hope that helps someone else!

Thanks all!
