Kuda iPhone installation (need wiring help!)

Hi, I just purchased a Kuda mount for my 2008 r52 convertible. It mounts just to the left of the center speedometer. I also purchased a Dice universal passthrough dock mount for my iPhone 4 to mount on it. I have an iPod car kit already installed in the glove compartment, but I'd like to run the wires through the dash and drill a small hole to pull the wire through to the iPhone mount so you can't see any wires. I have no idea which panels in the dash I need to remove to do this or how to remove the stereo or panels. Does anyone have diagrams or can you provide instructions or tips for me when I start pulling off panels? I started last night but I couldn't manage to get a single panel off before it got too dark to work, there seem to be a bunch of hidden screws. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Xac
