OH! major info update for you guys. to get the h.u to keep its memory, and shut off with the car you need to. 1st get a dedicated 12 volt i.e battery thats where we got ours, 2nd get the ignition wire from the cig lighter. then you be good

did you run your speaker wires straight to the HU from the speakers? Or did you take them from the back of the speedo/by the driver side footwell where the xxx connector is?

we used a h.u, but at first when we used the factory h.u we used the stupid xxx thingy
