Hey folks, I may have one of these adapters for sale. I bought it prior to delivery of my JCW think I would need it.....but the 3G charges just fine without it. I do get the airplane mode warning, but i just tell it "no" and I'm good to go. I'm testing tonight and will let you know if it's up for grabs.

No change....works the same. I can charge without it. It's for sale if you need it. $27.00 shipped - that's what I have in it.

Well the real problem here is that MINI needs to fix the issue! What good is the stupid cable if it doesn't work. I'd rather get 250$ of MINI stuff. Maybe when iphone 3.0 comes out the bluetooth connection might work with iphone?

Improved Bluetooth compatibility is rumored to be part of the 3.0 release.

I doubt they'll "fix" it since they'd rather sell us another expensive cable kit. My Scoche has started to behave pretty sporadic when locked, but it's more reliable when not password locked. Still, i'd just like it to work like my cable originally did with my Touch.

That won't help us charge the phone, though, now will it? ;-)
Seriously, can the current Bluetooth kit take advantage of the advanced Bluetooth?
