I'm running all new audio gear in my mini. I have 5.25 diamond audio d651s in the front powered by a mb quart pb5400 5 channel amp. The speakers are rated at 80rms and the amp is pushing 55rms per channel. The diamonds sound wonderful until anything powerful comes in the song, then distortion. I have a hp filter adj from 50hz to 4khz taking any and all mid to lows out of the speakers but that doesn't seem to help. Am i missing anything obvious?
