can someone tell me how on earth do u attach pics! i wrecked my head and i know it's easy enough and i'll be like DUHHHH!

Well, there's a thread stickied to the top of each forum entitled Posting a Picture that ought to be of some help.

A lot of that's about putting thumbnail pics in your signature. For regular post pictures, the key is to use the button "Image" at the bottom of the create/edit post screen AND TO MAKE SURE that you have a URL for your picture (i.e., it needs to be hosted somplace other than your own hard drive). Most folks find that the "place to host" issue is the biggest barrier. One place to post is the MCO galleries...but they may be down at the moment (Mark has been working on this). check and see ("Gallery" under the Main Menu directly to the left of this post).
