MTH remap for 06 JCW works.
I just emailed my cartune files to Patrick for a Tuner upgrade. I'm at a conference the rest of this week, but should have the Tuner files on a stock 06 OEM JCW this weekend. The coated header for Stage 1 is on it's way, but Patrick has been great and was willing to give me a couple of maps and let me enjoy the mild re-tune while I wait for the header. Customer service with mth-usa has been terrific. Will post butt dyno results/issues after I run through the cache (~200-300 miles).

a little of topic but, have you guys noticed big power differences with headers+MTH. BTW, Patrcik is great, everytime i had a question, he was prompt and informative, have not done business yet, but will do veryyyyy soon. Oh no, we did business, right Pat?
Last night I jumped off a plane at 5:10 MST, caught a ride home and before unpacking, I uploaded the tuner file Patrick sent while I was traveling. After a good 30 (50mi) minutes of varied speed/light load warm-up (about 50 degree weather), I put the new code to the test.
Say what you will about 300-400 mile cache clearing etc., I have a new car. The JCW is FINALLY the car that I've been seeking. Throttle response is much improved. Flat spots are smoothed. The car makes linear, angry power. As BMDoubleU suggested, I'm sure this will improve as the car learns it's limits, but at this point the header and the other mods I have in store are simply to preserve what I have through the Summer months.
Bottom line: no issues on my initial short run. This is with 91 octane ethenol enhanced fuel at 6000' - it doesn't get any worse than that.
I'll post more when objectivity returns. Right now, I'm going to go find an alternate route to the cleaners.
