yes. MTH's German site says a JCW should get 230 bhp with their tune. A car with JCW plus Atla filter and Supersprint header and other stuff got only 207 hp on pump gas [estimated at the crank with an unknown driveline loss conversion], according to a post yesterday. That's probably like 7k in upgrades besides the tuner file and still no go. I can't imagine how much a stock MCS with the file would make...certainly not all but 7 of those horses.

 

I doubt the Alta did much of anything over the JCW intake but the Headers most definitely should add something.

Well I find this disturbing that a vendor is allowed to claim something like that.

well, i guess my dyno graphs dont mean a thing... my list of mods are in my signature and the graphs are in the mth tuner/header combo thread..

 

183 whp *1.12 = 204.96, with tuner, 15%, GRS IC, Scorpion exhaust....which is not much more than the 200 hp they claim at the crank with stock MCS and tuner...
