Ya Kool I've been doing mine over the last month.
New Yoko's a month ago.
Cleaned the air intake two weeks ago.
I'll keep the stripes I have.

And I never go anywhere without my door handles.

Was hoping for an actual list. I haven't the time to sort through all the threads to purge what I'm looking for. I'm rather busy sharpening my sword. Is there a schedule of events, happenings, runs, etc? Where is everyone meeting for Thursday night and where?

I'll be working to put up a page that will try to capture all the info about the event...maps, times, links to the attendee list, etc. I hope to have this up sometime late next weekend.

Thanks for doing that Mark, I was just coming over here to suggest the same thing. I search through multiple threads on different boards just to get a list of events, plans, etc. etc. One place to look that isn't covered with all the witty chatter would be great!

The first post has all the info listed in it. You don't have to read the entire thread.

Question about the ID pins.....Anyone know what size they are? I didn't see the size listed in the store's page and I wasn't about to fill out the all the required fields of their ask a question form just to ask.

Okay, so there's the exhaust roundup and chili cookoff, the atlanta club meet-n-greet.... the midnight run.... the daylight run(s).

What else? Last year we went to lunch at the Pisgah Inn as well as the saturday drive to the Biltmore Estate....

any other plans, saturday events especially, that have been thought about?

There's some you-dig-them-out gem mines north of Asheville that are supposed to be a lot of fun. This one is the first one I've found a website for, and the name of the city it's in sounds like it might have some good driving.... but they are a drive, about 3.5 hours from Fontana.

Little Switzerland gem mines

Dollywood is nearby and might be worth a giggle, but I doubt we are the kind of group that drives this far just to get out of our cars and into a hillbilly themed rollercoaster.

Whitewater rafting? anybody up for that?

other ideas?

There are some others forming some plans for Saturday. There will be drive lead by MountainRider (native of the area) and we'll include details on that as soon as we have them gathered up. I know that having several options available is a great idea. If you would be willing to put a short drive together (Cades Cove, Gatlinburg, Townsend, etc) please email me using the address below and we'll piece it together. Thanks!

Anyone know if there is a car wash in Robbinsville? Traveling 570 miles to the event tends to make your MINI a wee bit dirty

there's a power wash in Maryville,TN (i use it after the 800 mile drive before i get into the woods)
and i beliveve there's one in Robbinsville, as well (remember driving by one in the fall)
if ya bring a hose i'll let you hook it up at my cabin (if i can use it)
