2002 Mini Cooper S, Super Charged


This is my personal Mini cooper that started out as a daily work commuter but have then been upgraded significantly for the track and spirited driver over the past 5 years of ownership. Purchased it @ 72K miles and it now have 121K miles. The car drives really well and does not need anything currently. I have maintained the car my self over the years and know it inside out.


The list of performance upgrades are as follows:

• PowerFlex Black bushings threw out the entire undercarriage, front end, and engine mounts (Really makes the car drive firm although you do get cabin vibration at idle) -$400
• Megan Racing Euro 2 coilovers which have full front and rear dampener adjustment and front camber plates -$900
• JCN TE-37 reps in 16in with 205/30/16 sport tires -$800
• OPTIMA Red battery -$225
• MSD ignition coils
• Front strut bar with complete strut mounts which eliminate the strut mounts from bulging/mushrooming -$250
• Alta Rear Adjustable 22mm Sway Bar - $225
• NRG Race steering wheel with Quick Disconnect hub -$600
• BSH Lower engine mount -$130
• LUK Street clutch kit -$280
• ALTA Performance 15% reduction super charge pulley -$120

• Idler pulley, Crank pulley, belt, belt tensioner ( The entire pulley set was changed)

Vehicle flaws:

Everything has been addressed and fixed on this car. This mini is ready for the new owner to enjoy for years to come.

This is truly a fun car and i had a blast owning it although you can see i changed or maintained almost everything. It is now time for it to find a new home because i have found a new project i'm currently working on. Car comes with clean and clear Florida title.

I don't see the Roll Bar.

no I'm done with any modifications to my mini. If I change my mind and keep it then yeah ill install two racing seats, remove the rear seats and install a cage. That's all missing.

 

suspension complete, engine mods complete, just add a racing seat and a roll bar or full cage and you're good to go. Am I missing anything?
