I think Steve's is a California shop that tunes and makes/sells performance engine parts.

 

Steve's is in Northridge CA. He has built hundreds of Mini's, including several track cars. He did the head and all the other work too.

 

If it doesn't have the sunroof I would add that. It's a plus for many people.

 

It is a hardtop, no sunroof.
