Anyone want a Clubvan with a manual transmission?

I wonder what they’re asking for it since it seems they don’t know what it is.

An incredible bargain on these Panasport wheels!
Giveaway price really --- if I was within driving range I'd likely pick them up.

Oldboy found his home on FB, nice find, nice purchase, even if repros. I’d love to see more choice parts in this thread, even with both, it’s not like everything is abundant and jamming things up. You’d never find those in the classifieds.
Agreed WRT Carvana, which in the SW region is now dominating used car inventory. Not just buying sub-wholesale at auctions but also using 3rd party "finder" services that respond to private party CL ads with objective of finder fees for Carvana. I know this first hand from an ad I placed < 2 months ago on a car I purchased that didn't meet my fussy standards (hidden collision damage) and then resold on CL at a loss. An inquirer on that car revealed in text response what they do and I subsequently confirmed that from their SoCal website. Carvana is not nirvana!
But this car, it was available. I know because I bought it and it's sitting in my garage. Just did a PPI and it came out clean except for a missing bellypan. Mechanically, the MINI dealership said its running perfectly. The paint and all is pretty much pristine. Decals are a bit worn, but not bad. Gonna have to replace the bellypan and I'm on the phone with Carvana right now.
@JackMac Here's one you haven't owned.... the answer to a question nobody asked. Bid early and often!
That's an odd one that threw me off a bit --- running the VIN shows it to be a regular MCS,
but it appears to have the full kit including brakes.
Ran the VIN when I noticed it was a somewhat low number for May of 2006,
S8648 or S8643?

...so I'd reckon that it was a dealer installed kit,
similar to this one:

Not a big deal really then,
it's still a real JCW for sure.
Can someone double check the VIN?
I might be missing it or reading wrong?

I just looked in the Dealer Service history, Not a factory JCW unfortunately. It's a dealer installed tuning kit according to dealer notes. It was done by MINI of Charleston, might be worth giving them a call!
Edit: Someone asked about this listing, whether or not it was a factory JCW. I thought I replied directly to the person, I guess not. Sorry!
Edit 2: Found the other comment!

2006 GP in NJ for $10,500
I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this one for myself. I've been scouring for a 05/06 JCW and found it.
Not really sure what these go for with this kind of mileage.

Very low miles but it seems to be lightly optioned, possibly even a slicktop.
I’ve never noticed this before, but the VIN sheet shows manual transmission in the top info section, but lists 202-Steptronic and 205-auto transmission options section below.
