NO LONGER SEEKING CLUBMAN. Would consider the right convertible.

I am commencing the search for a great Clubman.

It must be a sunroof equipped S that has not been subjected to smoke with less than 60K.

I am very partial to leather and the idea of a factory JCW edition but an automatic would appeal also.

Maintenance contract and transferable warranty would be major pluses.

It must be a good value with documented history.

My hunt for a JCW edition convertible with cognac sidewalk edition leather has ended in failure but that makes compromise no easier.

If there is an interest in an uncommon Volvo V70R AWD with manual that could possibly but not necessarily be worked in.

 

I have 2008 chocolate brown clubman s on black leather. Sunroof, auto trans, most records since we own the car (purchased certified used).
84k miles.
This is MINI certified car with 100k warranty or October 2014.
Wife driven.

That brown reminds me of my old jag and I am partial to it.

 

The more researching I do on these cars, the more those special editions with the more luxurious interiors beckon. I must be getting that age.

There is a bunch to learn and I am having much more luck finding information than I am finding the right car.

 

i'm not sure if i have the right car for you but i am putting mine on the market today. it's an 09 JCW Clubman, eclipse gray with silver bonnet stripes, black lounge leather interior, premium pkg, cold weather pkg, perfect condition with clear history, 25k miles. i would be happy to send pics if this sounds like one you'd like to see?

I posted a feeler regarding my car the day before yesterday. It appears a buyer may be flying in for it Thursday. If that is the case, I will be walking on Friday.

That brings about an increased flexibility that did not exist before regarding what I am willing to spend but still not enough to buy a 2013.

I am located in East Tennessee.

 

My car has been paid for and picked up. I am officially sorta walking now.

Does no one want to sell a Clubman?

I apologize for not closing this thread out with a note. In my defense I found what I thought was the right MINI Clubman only to discover it was not after a long drive down to see it in person. After a while I broadened my search and ended up returning to a Jaguar. A compromise I have been well pleased with.

Now that I have sold my SRT6 Roadster I find I am sniffing around for a manual JCW four seat convertible with upscale leather interior again. MINIs are such fun cars to drive.....

 

Not sure if you are still looking for a Clubman but I have an 09, very well maintained, lots of mods to improve handling and performance, 6-speed, new HPFP, maintenance is up to date. Located in Texas

It sounds like one I would have been interested learning more about before I got my S-Type. I am no longer in the market for a Clubman though.
