Take off the flames, and it could be the Green Bay Packers team mascot.

Or it could be the Packers' season going down in flames.

Nasty mini. ack.
Pretty tacky with the random bits of chrome and black wheels that don't match anything else. Yuk. That's my opinion.
Cheers,
Skottoman

I didn't notice the chrome down tubes when I first looked at it. Yuck. I suppose with a chome lining kit on the interior they would look nice, but not with the current config. Of course, the automatic would probably be a deal breaker for me also...

I do like the color scheme, but then I am a life-long Packer's fan... Hence the reason the post above hurt so much... ('cause it's true )

It Sooooooooooooo want to be....

But its Soooooooo not.

*ick* Tried but failed, Strip off the flames, yellow strip from the scoop back, aero grill, dump the chrome, lower it, 18' JCW Wheels

Of course the paint scheme would really work a million times better on an Elise or Exige

Well, seeing that car pretty much made up my mind for me that I prefer the wheel arches and side skirts to *match* the body paint, rather than contrasting (clashing?) with it.

The stock black trim is fine for me right now, but if I paint them, it will definitely be body-colour.

Didn't I see this on "Pimp My Ride?
From the ebay ad: "This Car whistles when you step on the gas paddle!! Great Sounding Machine!!"
"Gas Paddle"?!?! What does it whistle? probably "Dixie" since it's in Georgia.

The seller hasn't reached reserve price, only $24,000 right now and he wants about $29,000.

I'm not of fan of mixing colors especially these colors.

Green and yellow can be OK but don't mix in generous amounts of chrome.

Dark anthracite wheels with polished lip are OK but not with so bright a color scheme.

Some mentioned upgrades-
18" wheels
Water cooled intercooler
Milltek dual exhaust system
ECU upgrade
Racing Cam and Head
Rear Bike rack carrier

I also see-
Wilwood front brake upgrade with stock rear brakes
AND
(Does this make sense?) automatic transmission!
I guess it's a cruising MINI ready for the track. Not with those street tires/rims.

In the end I don't think this auction will pan out to be positive.

Looks like the kind of car you would see in a school or church raffle. I would probably hand over $50 for a couple tickets if it were to benefit my church, and of course I would be delighted to win it. But I would probably turn around and sell it on eBay so I could afford to pay the taxes on my winnings. Especially since I own a Mini already that I like much better(!)
