XAlfa-

No it's an early '05 w/o LSD.

I'd still think it's a GREAT buy even if you added a $1k or $2k (depending on if one does thier own work) Quaife after you bought it...

LSD's are great, but not everyone needs or wants one; thier merits are debatable.

JLMK!

Thanks. I completely agree that this is a great car at a great price, and that LSD is not for everyone.

Thanks for the "unnecessary" flame. Your posts always add lots of value.

FWIW, I actually am on the lookout for a good deal on an 05/06 JCW...

Here's a bump for ya...

This is the car I would have bought had I had the money for the JCW kit cr/b, though). Ugh, great car, man, sorry you have to part with it.

Thanks MB!

I'll be selling out of the "JCW" world, but will still be in the "MINI" world...

Well, maybe, but not exactly.

I am not sure where you are going with that, but...

IF
you are making a comparison to what I am selling, I think you could (with the dealer-installed JCW kit) w/o chrono package, colored dash, OBC, fogs, xenons BUT you can't get cloth seats right now.

That would be a pretty stripped car - cool, but stripped.

OTOH, if you are adding all the options my car has, you do come up to almost $28k, but w/o the labor on the dealer-installed JCW kit. That cost varies from dealer to dealer and should be figured in.

Wanna make me an offer on my car? JLMK!

Thanks for the opportunity -

Derek

Just for clarification (and another free bump) is it the Works engine package only, not the brakes, suspension, etc?
Wish I had the bucks, I'd be all over it.

Correct - the 210 hp JCW kit, not the Factory installed kit that requires the Sport Package...

Thanks

Another free bump! Thanks for answering my question Nen. I was just wondering if you *could* get a JCW kit for ~$28k new. I thought you could, but like you said...I guess it would be stripped? O well. Thanks!

-Cody

Oh, and about that offer. All I have is $11k
