A rare GP indeed...considering John Cooper has been dead for almost 8 years! I'm sure you must mean Mike Cooper, his son.

I believe this is the car that didn't sell on e-bay for $26,000. Very tempting...has it ever been raced?

Oh, and no it hasn't been raced. But I was one of the 30 or so people that took delivery at Laguna Seca in August of 2006, and we did do two laps of the track, en masse- behind a Toyota Camry pace car- not as exciting as it could have been, but fun none the less. J.
