MINI5280 Ride - Saturday, July 31st -
Attention all Front Range Motorors! ( or is it Motorers??) Anyway, 5280 has a nice ride planned for you this weekend. Club members, guests, friends, family and Vetter drivers are always welcome. Please join us:
~ Meet 8:00 am at C.U. Boulder, Parking Garage right next to Mem. Center off Broadway
~ Leave 8:30 for Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby, maybe Steamboat, Summit County, Loveland Pass (beautiful in summer) and then home mid-afternoon.

I have recd communications from 3 pp in Colorado Springs who plan to join. Let's hope the NorColo contingent can come too, for some more dandy photos.
We will be on campus at about 8, then leave by 8:30. Call if you get hung up on Saturday AM...

You know, Hwy 93 is fine and scenic but
as long as you can get thru the constr. on I25, it may be faster. I will be going that way.
I will plan on bringing Bo, our critter, too. I presume that the park allows dogs on leashes....
I believe Brad, as well as Eva and John, may be coming up from the Springs as well...

We will shorten the ride on Saturday
and cut off the Steamboat loop. We'll do that another day. On another note, the www.nps.gov site says:

Leashed pets are allowed only in areas accessed by vehicles, including roadsides, picnic areas and campgrounds. Pets are not permitted on trails or in the backcountry.
