I’ve got an old MCS turbo I bought off of a salvage. I’m not 100% sure of the condition but I’ll let it go pretty cheap if you’re wanting it. Everything seems to be in working order. No shaft play.

 

Yes have a JCW Turbo which is same on N14 and N18. Also MCS Turbo from really low mile N18 which I was keeping as a spare or to get made into a hybrid.

And also the latest R56 Exhaust Manifold.

 

i also posted a thread in the for sale section, my N18 turbo is coming off right now, i think it will need a rebuild but i will sell it. lmk

If i dont sell it i will likely send to gpop for a rebuild and then list for sale or hold for when my new one eventually fails

turbo was taken off my mini and the waste gate has a little rattle, all other components in pretty good condition.

Apparently the guy lost compression in his R56.

I have two that I rebuilt with new bearings and seals. It is easy to do if you are mechanically inclined. Where are you located?

 

Thanks everyone for the response. So far the current one is holding up. The dealership said we needed a new turbo. I took it apart and found the diverter valve torn. I replaced that and tightened up the wastegate. Seems to work fine now.
