I have a question. Are the grounding wires for the ignition block stock? I have not seen them on my Mini or the ones I have seen at the junk yard? Thank you sorry for interjecting.

No. Those are part of the Nology Hotwires setup. Not sure how much they do since I've never tried them personally but I think they are supposed to help eliminate noise in the ignition system and assist with more efficient spark delivery. Your factory plug wires don't have this and most aftermarket do not either.
