I recently installed a miltek catted downpipe, like this one. It gives a nice burble, but is not obtrusive. No fitting issues during install. I'm running a factory JCW exhaust (with the large resonator). There is no drone in my setup (manic stage 1). And the butt dyno says there was a definite improvement in performance and response. Since I have a tune (plus a catted spacer), I haven't seen a CEL, but I believe that the tune would suppress it anyway.

thanks. I ran this downpipe with the Akropovic exhaust and loved the sound, plus it had zero drone and next to no exhaust smell. It’s perfect for a rpm stage 2 tune. Upgraded to a larger turbo so I had to go catless. I am open to offers.
Will it fit the 2099 S without any modifications? What i am asking I am on catless downpipe don't like the smell is it direct replacement what kind of power loss is expected?
It will fit without any modifications and will reduce the exhaust smell. Barely noticed a smell with this downpipe compared to the catless one i am running now. I cant speak for power loss.. I got 226whp with a manic stage 2 tune last may with this downpipe.
it maybe the way picture is but if you look right above the lower bracket it looks like there is hole in the weld, is that just a shadow or there is one there?
