I am the original owner, and bought this brace new when I had my Mini. I recently found the lost spacers so now I'm finally putting this up for auction, with all attaching hardware included. It's in great shape except for one small blemish on the back side where a hose clamp rubbed a small indentation on the bar. See photos. This will have no impact on its effectiveness, it's just a blemish and is hidden once the bar is installed.
This is an awesome strut brace and many think it is one of the best (if not *the best*) ones going, even over the M7. It seriously prevents flex and I was amazed on how much it changed the feel of my '09 R56 when I'd installed it.
Edit: Sorry, I originally said this fit the Gen 1, but this is a Gen 2 only bar: fits R56 etc Second Generation Cooper S R56 & JCW upto 2011 ( hard top and soft top models.) ...also fits gen 2 Cooper ( petrol only).

I found someone else's...just imagine this is satin black, not gloss red.

I am going by the order of responses (including PMs) and by who seems serious and who does not. I am giving people slack because it is new year's day, ie., everyone has the day off (plus nursing hangovers and what not). But I will get serious about getting commitments tomorrow. And if that fails, I will re-list on ebay--as I originally did. I pulled the ad once the forum members responded because I wanted to give NA Motoring first crack.
(I no longer own a Mini, nor do I participate in the forum at all but I got some great help here in the past--particularly with Alta fuel maps--so I at least owe NA Motoring that.)
