Good luck with this seller...

i paid him for an SPS back on Jan 9, I filed a claim with PayPal and he just now supplied a tracking number which does not have a scan record of the product shipping.

So far this person is truning out to be shady.

If you paid with paypal file a claim ASAP. Don’t give this guy the benefit of the doubt.

i resent package as his package got resent to sender. I have provided photos and tracking.

not an acceptable excuse

you never supplied an original tracking number. If you did then I could have tracked and verify if it was “sent back to sender”.

Do you care to provide that info now to verify the return status?

Either way I ended up buying an SPS else where and now I’m getting a second one?

all you have done is caused a huge inconvenience and wasted my time.

Lets see if you are able to actually finalize this transaction so I can sell the freaking SPS and get my money back.

Thank you for wasting my time.

The sps switch is on the way. The tracking you received hasn’t updated yet because it was just dropped off at the post office literally an hour ago. I tried to make it right and had no idea you already bought another as you did not mention it. Either way im sorry for the inconvience. If you had told me before I wouldn’t have resent it 😬. Please check tomorrow an update on the tracking status, it should have info on there.

For what it’s worth.
here was my time line

1-9-19 paid for prodict
1-15-19 supposedly it shipped and a tracking # was promised
1-24-19 reply received stating he was out of town and will send tracking the following Monday because he didn’t have the ship record on his phone.

crickets.....

2-3-19 filed a claim with paypal
2-7-19 escalated claim to paypal

2-7-19 a tracking number provided and item possibly shipped still waiting on scan record.

So at this point he had to ship something to get PP off his back.

I gave him more than enough time to send out a small product that weighs less than 1lb no bigger than a 5”x5”x2” box.

Good luck guys at this point I’m waiting to see what shows up in the next 10-14 days.

Yep, so far pretty much the same thing. Excuses as to why it's not shipped. It's not that hard to put something in a box, use a click and ship from PayPal to make a label. These days you can actually schedule a pick up from the post office so it can all be done at home with ease. It was supposed to ship last Friday and today makes 1 week solid without a valid tracking number. I don't have my hopes up but there's still today... I won't wait much longer though. I agree that bs is bs. It's not that hard to ship an item and especially one that small. Mines larger and I'm hearing a fair amount of bs as to why it hasn't shipped. Why waste the time to take a person's money through PayPal when you just have to pay it back...lol... Pointless waste of time. Here's hoping for 1 more day. Will file my claim this afternoon if I don't have a valid tracking number. 7 days is too long...

Dispute in paypal has been filed. I paid for this on the 30th and it's now the 8th and I have no tracking number. Hearing from your other buyer makes me think that I might not ever see this part so I've filed my dispute soon to be a full claim for a full refund of my hard earned dollars. Indeed a waste of time. Thankfully buyers are covered through paypal.
