Hey, I will be replacing mine sometime at the end of October. If you can wait, you are welcome to have it. It has 208K miles on it 
and was last serviced in Feb this year. Not sure about PTO. I believe it has some shaft play per Detroit Tuned (it is somewhat noisy) and was recommended to be replaced.
