These are all from my personal 2003 JCW Cooper. Remove some time ago when it was all upgraded at approximately 100000km.
All in great condition. The head has been sitting for a couple of years and I would recommend that it be serviced..at the very least the valve seals should be replaced. The valve guides should be fine considering the mileage.
You can confirm that it is a JCW head from the exhaust port height (only difference from stock) 25mm height..stock is 20mm.



The JCW tune is likely on the Dimsport and can be reflashed back to the ECU. ECU currently has a tune for BVH/header/15%/cam etc and WILL NOT WORK with this head and JCW injectors. At most you may need to locate a JCW file to download or get a custom tune for your 15% pulley and any other modes.


ECU has the EWS deleted (ideal for a track car). That cost $500 alone to have the ECU modified. No problem ever with key and no start issues. Some modification to the EWS system is required...(30A Fuse in place of EWS module).
