17" asa ar1 revolution

posting these in a separate ad,
these wheels are in great condition since the previous owner took good care of them and I never had a chance to use them, aside from fitting them.
basically new condition
7x17" 4x100 et38
these sit pretty flush at this offset.
Licensed by bbs, these are ~$145 each on tire rack right now.
The tires on them are shot, I can remove them before I ship them, if you pick them up they will stay on at a discounted price.
Last time I shipped wheels it was around $100 and it will cost $50 to have the tires removed.
I need 350 shipped or I'll just let them collect dust.

Keep in mind the tire profile was taller in these photos, the oem size is much lower.
Thanks for looking

Well I guess the deal is off.. if you are unable to let me know who I am dealing with then I cannot proceed. I am not going to send you $$$ without knowing who I am dealing with..
Thanks!

I've sold and bought thousands of dollars worth of items on here, never had an issue. Perhaps you should take your issues up with a moderator before posting crap in my for sale thread.

Not crap just the facts, I don't send hundreds of dollars to someone I do not know based on a just an email address, I don't understand why you would be worried about letting me know who I am dealing with, I don't think my request was unreasonable, but you did so I guess you don't trust people, doesn't matter, good luck with your sale.. Sorry this didn't work out but that was your choice..

Last I knew the whole reason for PP was to afford both seller and buyer some safeguards during a sale. I believe it also allows one to see how many successful PP transactions one has had. That said, using that information, members length of time on the board, past marketplace iTrader feedback, is what I use for a barometer for safe purchase/sale.

Bav, you have no iTrader Feedback but over 3K posts !

Stew, probably the fact that you have no iTrader Feedback and only 38 posts makes bav somewhat apprehensive and would not take offense to it.

GL guys!

PayPal a very safe, and has a bias towards the buyer. If anything, the seller is the one who should be asking the questions. All it takes is a quick email to PayPal and they reverse the money. It's not usually fair, but that's the way it works. If you get a bad deal as a buyer, 19 times out of 20 they'll refund your money, so I've read.

The buyer was sending me long complicated instructions which was a red flag to me. Sorry, just can't be too careful these days, I'll lose a sale before i risk my identity stolen. Especially when I'm losing money on the wheels as it is.

Response for my comments

I appreciate the clarification, the email I sent regarding how to have the wheels and tires removed and shipped was hopefully to help you save time and money, I did not want you to spend anymore $ then you had to.

That being said I only requested your contact info, name phone number in case I needed to contact you. I had sent you mine so I am not sure why you thought I was trying to scam or cheat you. Sorry for the confusion, I hope we both maybe learned a little from this.

Thank you and Take Care

If anyone within a few hours has a set of BMW 17s I'd love to trade also.

Price drop $350 shipped, assuming you're not on the other side of the country
