Going to track day yo, or the drags? Well here's a MINI FINI. You can buy plenty of supporting mounts to fit your need whether it's bicycles or for your Hoveround. What I did with mine is make custom mounts so I could haul a set of four wheels and tires to track day scca and drag events. Yes it is a bit heavy to ship but at an asking price of 75 plus as cheap as I can get you shipping including Greyhound it's yours.

I don't but I'm sure there is a write up. It mounts behind the crash bumper and the two recovers stick out of the bumper. In a way looks like old vw pipes
