Bilstein Touring *Price Drop*

Category: Suspension
Price: $220
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R53
Location (Region): SouthEast
Item Condition: Used

I got these about a month ago from Pelican and ended up switching them out for the Konis since I was lowering the car. They have about 1500 miles on them so they're basically brand new.

They were a tad over $300 with shipping but I understand that the price has to come down obviously. The adjusted price is $220 shipped.

Feel free to PM with any questions you may have.

They're OEM replacements so as long as you're using the stock springs it should be just like the stock sport suspension.

I'm just north of the NC border in Va near Suffolk, how much would you let them go for if I met you half way in say Williamston?

I have never driven on new stock suspension. I am trying to decide between this OEM set or the Koni FSD.

Having never driven on new stock suspension (I got my car at 75k) I have no basis for comparison.

Well as long as you're sticking with the stock springs I would imagine it would make a huge difference for you. Rather than riding on just spring and the struts bottoming out it should improve the ride significantly.

As for the FSD dilemma, it's $250 vs $800? I think, so that's a personal decision on your part. Will the FSDs be nicer? For a $500 difference between them and the Bilstein's brand new I would hope so But I'm not sure how significant it really is if you're just DDing and sticking with the stock springs.

What Koni's did you but on? How is the difference between these and what you changed to?

Thanks

Koni Yellows. It's night and day compared to these but the main reason for that is that I was lowering the car. These are made for the factory height.

I don't. My apologies for not updating it to sold. Would recommend the Konis over them any day though.
