Feeler thread, looking to sell my new MINI JCW wing, it's from the dealer and its carbon fiber. Very expensive wing, attaches using some sort of epoxy or adhesive I'm told. Never installed it, here's the part number 5171406291Price is OBO plus shipping I'll upload pictures this weekend. Let me know if anyone would be interested.

Do you have the black or the white carbon? If I remember correctly, they offered white for the 1st Gen also.

Who ever ends up buying this would you consider making another template from the one bavmotors is including? That piece is impossible to find.
Or bavmotors would you trace one out? I waited to have mine installed for a year because I could not find this. Another NAM member sent me a tracing of it but I could never get it enlarged to the right size.
I love my CF JCW wing. I have not seen another one on an R53 yet where I live.

A helpful tip for the buyer also, check with several body shops and see if they have an open tube of the epoxy. If they do you can probably talk them into using it if it's not to old. If not, they want to buy it from BMW for over $150 a tube instead of 3M for about $30, it's exactly the same product but in a BMW tube.
I had mine installed "on the side" so they were willing to use a tube that was opened 3 days prior and did not charge for the epoxy.
