I live in New York also, near Poughkeepsie

 

Drop of about 1.4 inches front and rear and I just calculated the shipping costs and it would be over 60$ to ship them

 

I'm near white plains ny. I go to the cars & coffee in Yorktown on Sunday's all the time. I have a 09' JCW. My concern is the ride.

Can you let me know the ride difference between the HR springs and stock. I have a JCW. I hope the ride isn't that stiff. Thanks.

Compared to the stock non JCW MCS springs, the ride isn't that much different from what I can remember. My commute down 684 was pretty comfortable while I had these springs on my MINI.

 

How does the spring rate compare to my JCW?

 

I'd have to imagine the spring rate is slightly lower with the additional lowering, but the springs matched the stock dampers quite well on my MCS.
