New for the R53 MINI our lower stress bar is made from super strong lightweight Cro Moly steel. Unlike other systems on the market that use individual pieces bolted together to make up their bars the Madness bar uses solid one piece construction guaranteeing you flex free performance. The Madness Bar is also made using very tight tolerances, this also assures the bar does its job 100% of the time and is not suseptable to sloppy performance over time.

The Madness lower stress bar is easy to install with the provided hardware, some installs take as little as 15 minutes.

Can you post the installation instructions? I went to your web site and could not find them. I want to see what all is involved with the installation such as do nut certs (?) (spell check won't leave it alone) have to be installed.
