Everyone needs to know that these won't work with the 294mm rotors for the "Poor Man's JCW" conversion; they are made for 280mm rotors. They are the exact same calipers, just different carriers, pads, and rotors.

First off, thanks for you info.Secondly, i clearly stated that these are/were removed from a non "s" cooper, which i believe people would know these won't fit on larger rotors and pads 294. Third, when people sent me inquiries i went above and beyond to explain to them that these would need external carriers from a "S" version to complete the conversion fromm r53 to r56s.Thanks

You did indeed explain that, just wanted to make sure someone else didn't misunderstand.

These set for the front. They are r56 none S calipers with carriers. If you want to do the jcw swap then the job would require a pair of S carriers. Just wanted to be clear. Thanks

While they may not be a jcw kit, still an excellent upgrade for anyone with an r53.

I appreciate the honesty! You had messaged me right away and explained the situation and I thank you for that. Hopefully they sell soon!
