As of this morning MINI has listed these lights as NO LONGER AVAILABLE. We know many of you have orders on hold with us waiting for a shipment of these to come in to us from Germany. We are in the process of contacting MINI to find out if we are in fact getting the order we placed last week. We just installed these in a car and yes they are much brighter! They also provide a nice white light rather than the standard 6w bulbs which give off more of a yellowish light color.

Just ordered two sets for my clubby. I should have asked what all lights do these replace? I guess the second kit is for the three added doors and cargo area light?

These LED lights will replace anything from a reading light, a footwell light, an under door light, glove box light. Any 3w, 5w, 6w bulb with a T10 base.

That is up to you! With the extra bulbs you could do anything from the glove box to the lights in the boot.

I've ordered 2 sets as well has anybody found replacement led's for the visors?

 

I was stoked about this but then I saw the shipping costs more than the product

 

Just signed up and ordered this as well as a set of floor mats for $11 shipping for all of it... that is reasonable I think. You could always save the shipping and order them from your local dealer for $60 per kit...

 

No need for a sarcastic remark. I'm not disputing the price as not being fare. Just always irks me when the shipping cost for an item is more expensive then the item itself. Thanks for you input though.

Yea I agree it does suck when the product is less than shipping. If their price wasn't so damn good already I would have probably agreed with you. But for my two sets the shipping was half the price of the product so that will be okay for me. Then only an additional dollar i shipped a pair of floor mats. So that made it even more reasonable.

 

Just ordered three sets too, one for the Roadster and two for the Clubman. Great price.
