will these work on a 05 stock S that is getting a pully and colder plugs? What else would I need to do.

 

I had these on an '06 MCS with 15% pulley, Dinan CAI, and colder plugs, and worked great; however, it was optimized by an RMW dyno tune, which I highly recommend.

 

Where is RMW Dyno located? I'm in SW littleton so an hour or so. I plan on doing what you dud but a 17* pulley instead. What was the cost for the Dyno?

RMW stands for Revolution Motor Works (they have a web site), and the owner/person who performs the tuning is Jan Bruggeman(?). The MINI5280 guys (Don Suter, current president) had him come over here from CA to do it over 2 days for some 15 people, including me. My car produced 210 HP at the wheel. If you are into modding, I highly recommend a dyno tune - it sort of optimizes everything together.

The place where the dyno was is called MAC Autosport in Parker, CO. They charged $150 for 3 dyno pulls, and Jan charged $350 for software mods, total $500.
