Your right too good to be true, you say no accidents so I assume you have carfaxed it? If not you need to and if all is clear jump all over it!

 

It sounds like you're getting a price break because this is a high mileage car. If you're a low mileage driver, this could really work in your favor when it comes time to sell the car.

I'm not sure what the warranties are for the '04, but for the '03 they were 3 years/36,000 miles free maintenance, and 4 yrs/50,000 miles limited on the mechanics. So you might want to consider that the maintenance warranty for this car has already run out, and you're less than a year from exhausting the mechanical warranty.
