I know alot of you have asked me about his surgery. I visited with him yesterday and all is well. He looks like he already lost 40 lbs and is healing up nicely. Lisa said to nicely as he is getting bored sitting around. Still on liquid diet and trying to get his schedule changed the last half of the year so he can do some MINI events. He traded the Clubman in as the lease was due, but got another Bimmer. Its a beautiful 645 convertible. Art said to tell everyone of you hello and he hopes to be back in the MINI World soon.

 

Woohooo, I am going to call him and try to get up there today! I am so excited for him! Thanks Luke!

Thanks for the update, Luke, Im glad he's doing well. Can't wait to see him re-emerge in the "Mini World" once again.

Doc is home resting.. with his pups.. and I'm sure Lisa is loving it! Doc, I'm your biggest fan.. I am so proud of you and cannot wait to follow in your tracks the end of June.. Stress test this friday... then Im home free with the surgeon!!!

Miss you and the whole group!!! I will be in town from the 9th thru the 13th for Heather's graduation. I don't see much going on that week though.

 

Nothing except a Columbia run the 13th. Email or call me and we will get together for a burger or something. We get as many as we can gather up, cause we miss you and Bob!

Sounds like a plan. I am leaving on the morning of the 13th. Bob isn't coming though. We took some time last month for his daughters 18th bday and he couldnt make this one. Me alone again.
Let me know ...the grad is on Wed so I cant that night. Thursday will be cutting it but I may be able to do that. Friday night maybe but my mother is demanding all my time but I already told her there are people I want to see. Maybe they can do dinner with us on Friday if that works better for all. Just let me know.
