No longer my baby...

Well, evil turned 10 today and now I feel like he is ready to do some actual damage. He has been coddled enough, so bring on the upgrades!!!!

10,000 after how many months?

MIB is not even 10 months old yet and has 19,000+ miles!

I have had evil for about the same time, about 11 months. But I feel like I have had him forever.

Mines 8 and we've only been together since June, when I read posts with people complaining about hte miles racking up and not going anywhere I thought it was funny, now I know it's an epidmic, MINI's either; A, drive themselves for laps around the block while we sleep, or B, are a habit forming drug that makes it difficult to stop driving yet leaves the driver with only a limited memory of where they've driven.

I will have to see for myself. Mine should be arriving in about a month with only a couple miles on it. I suspect it will reach it's first birthday in about a month. If it reaches any sooner I will start beleiving they drive themselves around the block part.

Mine turned 1 two weeks after I got it. At this rate, it will turn 24 by the end of the year. I have never driven a car more than 13k a year. We have 3 cars now, so this makes no sense. I work 5 miles from home, also.

Maybe my evil twin drives it at night.

My husband bought a pair of jeans at Banana Republic. He liked them so much, he was certain he needed another pair in the same size, but that store didn't have them. So he drove 90 miles round trip to the next city to get another pair. Needless to say, it was gorgeous, top-down weather. I have no doubt the store would have transferred them in a few days to the other store...but he had fun!!!

Any excuse to drive the mini!!!

Almost 15 since Feb. And I work only 5 miles from home!

It bites when you arrive; it really kills the vibe.

Baby turned 36 today. But I'm the one going thru the mid-life crisis...I drive her everywhere to show her off, regardless of miles.

a few months ago a friend and i drove 2 hours south to Riverside to pick up another friend of ours and drove 4 hours north to Santa Barbra from there for a burrito... then drove 4 hours South back to river side to drop my friend off and another 3 hour drive north (with traffic) to get home...

and it was well worth the burrito

"April" is one year, four months and five days old. 32,000+ miles and counting. Another 100 miles of commuting today commencing in about 15 minutes. :-)
Go Yankees!
