access to foglight bulbs

How do i open the foglight housing to reach the bulb?

Can the bulb be replaced with LED, or will they flicker? Can the front lens be replaced, it is very cloudy and seems to be on the inside.?

The mini logo is on the inside of the glass, so that's unlikely.
They don't look aftermarket. The bracket and the wiring look natural to the car. The previous owner was not mechanical.

I don't see a way to get the lens off the lamp, and there's no opening in the back.

Those aren't fog lights, those are the optional driving lights. Here's a link to the install manual and it has instructions on how to change the bulbs:

Very helpful, Thanks,

I'm new to this car, and resources.
I see that there's a huge collection of pdf files on that link. Is there a searchable interface to look for other files for future projects, and problems. (ie, how did you drill down to that pdf?)

I searched google for instructions for the light and found a forum post that had a direct link to the PDF.

Not sure if they'll flicker if you put in LEDs. I don't *think* I recall seeing bulb check or warnings for the driving lights in NCS Expert? So they might be okay?

If not you can probably fix that using NCS Expert or Bimmergeeks ProTool.

How do you like those driving lights? I’m considering adding them onto my car.

They look great on the car...I haven't driven in the dark yet to know how well they light up. Aesthetically pleasing, there is a hidden fastener on the bottom of the light, near the mounting arm, that I would not have seen without the PDF above.

Either the bulbs are blown, or the switch I've tried doesn't work (the one in the PDF above).
