All Interior Ambient LEDs Inoperative

The interior ambient LED's (arm rest, b-pillar, center console) have never worked.
  • I have verified that all hardware is in place to support LED's.
  • Everything else works. Overhead light, door puddle lights, vanity mirror lights, reading lights, foot well lights -- all work.
  • No fault codes.
  • All fuses are good.
Is it possible for the FRM to fail in such a way as to cause only the the ambient LED's to stop working and not throw a code?

Use a multimeter to determine whether each bulb socket has both power and ground.
