I have a 2008 MCS and want to change the dome light, foot lights, and door ground lights to leds. Do these require the canbus error free led lights or can I just get the regular w5w leds and save some money?

 

No Canbus, I changed mine to blue but left the reading lights as is.

Hi again I'm not sure what kind of LEDs You've bought but from memory the dome is a festoon and the foot wells and puddle lights are wedge, as in their fittings.

I went off of what another member had posted that the dome, and foot lights were all w5w. I lost the thread but he outlined almost every light on a second gen MCS.

 

2nd on no canbus needs.
